Absolutely phenomenal work and overall communication. The GM of the company was not even in town and was able to stay on top of the service call and get my water heater up and running with 24 hours of the 1st call. The crazy part is, it was a warranty call so they did not make much off of the call but treated it as just as important and with my son ill and needing a hot shower they delivered, thank you Nikki and crew.

We contacted Exquisite Plumbing due to a water line leak outside of our home. I cannot express how impressed we were with this company. Our call came after hours and their team of experts were at our home at 8:00 am the next morning. They fixed the leak and had the job completed in under an hour. They were extremely professional and courteous. Being a military veteran, it makes me proud to see the pride this company expresses when helping out veterans. One of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Such a pleasure and everyone on their team was polite and professional. All work was completed when promised and the quality was fantastic. I tried about four other plumbers was either never return my call or made appointment and didn’t show up. Met exquisite plumbing actually I had seen them out in public with their shirts on advertising their business. An appointment for them to come over the next day they did they gave me a estimate which was $150 less than the last estimate I got but then they never showed up. Made an appointment to start the next day they showed up on time did everything they were supposed to do then my tile people came and finished the tile job they came back and finish the trim work and I am very happy. I now have a new plumber in the case that I will need one.
